Members asked for information that is easy to find and use. The new site focuses on:
- Clarity. Plain language, straightforward steps, and helpful tips
- Access. Mobile friendly pages and accessible formatting
- Time savings. Common answers in the FAQ and documents ready to download
- Payments. A dedicated page so payment details are always at hand

The site explains how co-ops work, who can apply, and what to expect. We kept the language simple and added links to forms where available. If you have questions about eligibility or timing, please contact the office so we can help you.
Our story, in one place
William Punnett Housing Co-Op has been part of Etobicoke since 1985. We are a non-profit community located along Lake Shore Boulevard West with a mix of one, two, and three bedroom apartments and townhomes. The site brings our story together and highlights the values that guide us, including participation, inclusion, and community care.
