About Us

Founded in 1985, William Punnett Housing Co-operative Inc. is a non-profit housing community located along Lake Shore Boulevard West in Etobicoke. Our co-op is home to 129 units, including a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments and townhomes that provide affordable living options for individuals and families.

William Punnett is more than just housing. It is a community built on co-operative values where members share in responsibilities and decision-making. Together, we work to ensure the community remains inclusive, supportive, and sustainable.
